Add and classify

You add the contact, you choose their segment. Referys calculates their first touchpoint based on the segment's cadence.

Phase 2

Regular touchpoints

Each scheduled touchpoint lands in your Actions of the day. Pre-written message, channel of choice, 1 tap to send.

Phase 3

One-off occasions

Personal birthdays, purchase anniversaries, move-ins: Pepito alerts you and suggests an off-cycle message.

Phase 4

Cycle review

After 12 months, the app suggests renewing, changing segment or archiving. You decide in 5 seconds.

Where is my data hosted?
In Europe (Supabase, GDPR-compliant). You can export or delete everything, at any time.
