Why I built Referys
I've been working with independent real estate agents (IAD, SAFTI, BSK, CapiFrance) for several years, first through NUNC, my local SEO agency, then as an AI consultant. The observation was always the same: they all knew they had to nurture their network. None of them did it regularly.
The real work begins after the sale. That satisfied past client will talk about you to their colleagues, neighbors, family — but only if they're still thinking of you at the right moment. Without structured follow-up, they forget you in 3 months. That's what's called the 6-touchpoint rule: the brain needs about 6 well-spaced annual touchpoints to recognize you as a go-to professional.
I've seen agents create Excel files to track their contacts. It lasted 3 weeks. I've seen agents buy CRMs at €50/month designed for 10-person B2B teams. They stopped opening the app after a month. The problem wasn't motivation — it was the tool.
I launched Referys in November 2025. Built solo, with AI tools. The principle: import your contacts, and every morning the app tells you who to contact, generates the message in 10 seconds, and you send it via WhatsApp in 3 taps. The main action (contacting someone) is reachable in 3 clicks max. That's the only constraint I gave myself during the entire build.
